Before you book

Policies

Please review these policies before booking. When you book online, payment is collected through Acuity Scheduling. The cancellation and refund windows below are Clear Water’s published studio policy for hands-on skills sessions and appointments.

Payment at booking

When you book online, payment is collected through Acuity Scheduling at checkout. If you register by phone or text, we will confirm payment instructions when we schedule you.

Prices listed on this website are for reference. The amount charged at Acuity checkout (or confirmed by phone) is the live price.

Payment is due at least 24 hours prior to your hands-on skills session.

Cancellation & rescheduling disclosure

Students who need to cancel or reschedule their hands-on skills session must notify Clear Water Professional Solutions LLC at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the skills session fee or may be applied to a future class.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund of the skills session fee.

Students who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will forfeit their course fee and will be required to pay a new skills session fee to reschedule.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@clearwaterpro1solutions.org. You may also use the tools in your Acuity booking confirmation or call or text (559) 656-2053 or (559) 656-3572.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Cancellation & rescheduling disclosure above: full refund or transfer when you notify us 24 hours or more in advance; 50% refund when you notify us less than 24 hours in advance; no refund for no-shows.

If a class is canceled by Clear Water Professional Solutions LLC, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a refund of the course fee paid.

Optional add-ons (such as same-day eCard/printed card) follow the same cancellation timing as the parent course unless otherwise noted at booking.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID and your booking confirmation.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for skills practice. For CPR and BLS sessions you will be kneeling on the floor, bending, lifting, and practicing on adult, child, and infant manikins.

If you have a physical condition that may affect participation, notify your instructor upon arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs while maintaining AHA course completion requirements.

BLS students: email roster details at least 48 hours before class — see the BLS service page for the checklist.

Service-specific lists appear on each course page — review your class page before you arrive.

AHA card timing

American Heart Association course completion cards are issued according to AHA and Training Center procedures after successful course completion.

Upon successful BLS completion, students receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard. Standard eCard processing timing will be confirmed at class. Same-day eCard and printed card service is available as an optional $15 add-on on eligible courses when offered.

Arrive early & late arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and course paperwork.

Students who arrive after skills or required content has begun may need to reschedule and may not be eligible for a refund, depending on class type and instructor discretion.

If you become ill or are unable to attend your scheduled class, contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options under the cancellation disclosure above.
